🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: 5th May 2025

At Starfall Books, every order is packed with care, a sprinkle of stardust, and a whole lot of love. As a small business, we operate with a simple and honest returns policy:


❌ Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Please choose carefully — each item is part of a lovingly curated collection, and we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges just because you changed your mind.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right!
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@starfallbooks.nz with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We'll do our best to replace the item or offer a refund, depending on the situation.


💫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Personalised or custom items (e.g. special gift notes, customised bundles)

⏳ Processing Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We'll let you know as soon as it's sorted.
