Thank you for shopping with Starfall Books, where every parcel is wrapped with stardust and care. Below you’ll find all the info you need about how and when we ship your bookish treasures.

🌏 Where We Ship

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. We hope to expand in the future — stay tuned and keep an eye on our socials for updates!

📆 Order Processing Times

We pack and ship orders between Tuesday and Friday each week.
Please allow 2–4 business days for us to process your order before it ships. We're a small team, so thank you for your patience!

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
We use trusted New Zealand couriers to ensure your items arrive safely.

🎁 Packaging & Gift Wrapping

All books are wrapped in our signature Starfall style and candles are pre-wrapped by the amazing Whisper in Wax.  If there’s something else in your order you'd like wrapped, just leave us a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to make it extra magical.

📷 Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care when packing, but if your order arrives damaged or something’s missing, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
